A note about monthly capacity: Fractional engagements reserve dedicated capacity for your organization each month. Hours are capped based on the selected engagement level and do not roll over. Additional project work may be added at $150/hour, subject to availability. Scope, communication expectations, meeting cadence, and deliverables are established before the engagement begins.
