We offer three types of products: digital downloads, drop shipped physical products, and print-on-demand branded merchandise. Policies differ by product type. Please read this section carefully before placing your order.
Digital Products
Digital products including ebooks such as Feed the Founder, workbooks, guides, and other downloadable content are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes via the email address provided at checkout.
Refund policy for digital products: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase)
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the technical issue
- You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase

Physical Products — Drop Shipping
Physical products in our shop are fulfilled through third-party drop shipping suppliers. When you place an order, it is transmitted to our supplier who processes, packages, and ships the item directly to you.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping time: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 7 to 14 business days after processing. International orders may take longer. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the supplier.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Important: Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our third-party suppliers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Physical Products — Refunds and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. For physical drop shipped products, the following policy applies:

Print-on-Demand Branded Merchandise
Branded merchandise including apparel, mugs, notebooks, and accessories is produced through a print-on-demand model. Each item is made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.
Processing time: Print-on-demand items typically take 3 to 7 business days to produce before shipping.
Shipping time: Delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days after production.
Refunds and returns: Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds or replacements are provided in the case of defective printing, damage during shipping, or incorrect items received. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Custom and Event Planning Orders
Custom event supplies, branded corporate materials, and personalized event items available through the shop or ordered directly through Herr. ERA Enterprise LLC event planning services are subject to a separate custom order agreement. These items are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically for your order.
Any disputes regarding custom orders should be directed to rebeca@herreraenterprisellc.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
Consulting and Service Fees
Fees paid for consulting, coaching, event planning, speaking engagements, and other professional services are governed by the service agreement signed at the time of engagement. The following general policies apply:
- The $500 grant writing engagement fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
- Consulting retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable after work has commenced
- Event planning deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date
- Speaking engagement fees are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date
Cancellations and refund requests for service fees must be submitted in writing to rebeca@herreraenterprisellc.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and communicate our decision within 5 business days.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for your order is the price listed at the time your order is confirmed.
We accept payment through all methods available through Shopify's secure checkout, including major credit cards and applicable digital payment options. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans through the shop.
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders based on your shipping address and in accordance with state and local tax laws.
Order Confirmation and Processing
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation at the address provided. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but is a record that we received it.
